The Capital School District recognizes that safe learning environments are necessary for students to learn and achieve high academic standards.

Capital School District strives to provide safe learning environments for all students. All instances of bullying should be reported immediately. We have provided a form below where you can safely submit a report that will directly go to you or your child's school administrators immediately if you are unable to report the incident in person.

If after doing so, you believe that the issue has not be adequately resolved, you may contact your child’s principal directly, the District Office at 302-672-1500 or the Department of Justice Bullying Ombudsman at 1-800-220-5414.
