About the Community Help Desk

Tech Impact, a nonprofit organization in Wilmington, Delaware has established a Community Help Desk to assist students, parents, and teachers with technical issues related to getting online for distance learning. The Community Help Desk will provide support for devices and connectivity challenges to students in the district.

The Delaware Community Help Desk is a community-based project that is meant to augment the State of Delaware's response to providing access to distance learning to all families across the state. Initially a pilot, the help desk will be staffed by IT Support Technicians trained to work on resolving customer inquiries and funded through CARES funding and the support of the Department of Labor.
