This page is designed to provide parents resources for Home Access Center. Home Access Center allows parents and guardians to view information about their students grades, attendance, and discipline information.

This system is designed by the Delaware Department of Education and is provided for the express use of parents and guardians of Capital School District students to assist in the communication of important educational information

How do I login to Home Access Center (HAC)?
Click this link: Home Access Center or navigate to https://hacdoe.doe.k12.de.us/HomeAccess. You can also download the Home Access Center Parent Guide by clicking here.

Who can see my child's information?
Your child's information is secure and only those individuals that have a username and password can access HAC and your child's information contained within. We do urge you to keep your login information private and only stored in a secure and safe place.

What is my Username and Password?
You can reset your password or retrieve your username from the Home Access Center login screen (link above). At the login screen, there are links at the bottom for requesting your username or resetting your password. You must be able to answer your setup security questions in order to reset your password.
