Senator UpdateHello Senator Nation!

I am excited to share that virtual learning is underway. Capital staff has enjoyed connecting with our students and families in a variety of ways over the past several weeks. Many of you have participated in Beep and Greets, material distributions and virtual open houses. Teachers and instructional staff have been hard at work creating engaging and interactive virtual lessons for our students who have started the year strong. We are pleased to note that students have been consistently attending their online classes and completing their assignments through our online learning platforms. Students in grades PreK-1 are utilizing Seesaw, while students in grades 2-12 are utilizing Schoology as access points for their work. If you or your student need assistance with accessing these platforms, please contact your child’s teacher or building principal.

We appreciate the support you have been providing to help your child engage in their learning. Below you will find answers to your most frequently asked questions about the plan for returning to school. We will continue to provide regular communication in the coming weeks as we prepare to transition to the next steps in our instructional plan. We are proud of the efforts our Senator Nation has made in order to ensure a positive and productive school year start for everyone. We look forward to an exceptional year ahead!
