Summer Boost 2020

Capital School District Summer Boost Program

Special Message from our Nurses:

In order to keep all students and staff who are participating in the summer boost program safe and healthy, we will need your help. We ask that you as parents screen your child at home prior to sending them to school including temperature taking. Please do not send your child to school if he/she is sick or showing any of the below signs:

o Fever (100.4º or greater)
o Cough
o Shortness of Breath
o New loss of taste or smell
o Aches or muscle pain
o Sore throat
o Chills or repeated shaking with chills
o Nausea or vomiting
o Diarrhea

Additionally, have you or your child been in close contact (e.g., within 6 feet for more than 10 minutes) with a person with confirmed COVID-19 infection? If YES, the student will be required to stay home for 14 calendar days from the time they were exposed to COVID-19.

Additionally, we ask that if your child becomes sick or develops a fever during the school day that you pick up your student within 30 minutes of contact by the school.

We look forward to the opportunity to teach and learn together this summer! Please do not hesitate to reach out to the school with any questions or concerns.
