Home Access Center

This page is designed to provide parents resources for Home Access Center. Home Access Center allows parents and guardians to view information about their students grades, attendance, and discipline information. 

This system is designed by the Delaware Department of Education and is provided for the express use of parents and guardians of Capital School District students to assist in the communication of important educational information

 

 
Frequently Asked Questions:
  • How do I login to Home Access Center (HAC)?
  • Who can see my child's information?
    • ​Your child's information is secure and only those individuals that have a username and password can access HAC and your child's information contained within. We do urge you to keep your login information private and only stored in a secure and safe place. 
       
  • What is my Username and Password?
    • A letter with your login information will be mailed to you or sent home with your child. If you should lose or forget your username or password, please contact the building your child attends and you will be directed to someone who can assist you.

      If you have your email address on file, you can click the "Forgot my Username or Password" button below the login options. This will take you to a form to enter either your username or email address to reset your password.

      Capital has also set up the following email addresses for each building to provide direct support for Home Access Center (HAC):
